Pomeroy maintains on-site labs that are outfitted with the same POS and SCO equipment as our clients. In this lab, Pomeroy performs software development and feature updates as well as tests and certifies updates created by Pomeroy and third parties.

Pomeroy’s core competency is delivering proactively managed end-to-end infrastructure outsourcing services for network (WAN/LAN) and data center (physical and virtual) environments. This includes proactive monitoring and 24x7x365 support of servers, storage, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless, ISP circuits, and other related network and data center equipment.
As part of the service, Pomeroy manages and maintains network equipment and configurations, including firewall policies, filtering and security services, and firmware updates, along with other infrastructure device configurations. Pomeroy will manage ISP and OEM vendor relationships as the single point of contact for all support and new service/product needs.
Sustainability

Pomeroy places a strong emphasis on reducing waste at the source and increasing reuse and recycling of materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
