Tom Signorello

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Pomeroy, Tom Signorello is focused on expanding the portfolio of solutions and services offerings; accelerating growth; amplifying client satisfaction; and creating a workplace culture that celebrates and supports collaboration, creativity and high achievement.

Tom brings to Pomeroy a 25-year career as an innovative executive in the technology solutions, services, and software industries, with a long track record of leading executive teams to profitability and embracing and advocating for innovation in the global marketplace. A trusted thought leader, Tom blends business intelligence and a customer-first mindset with a transformational leadership style.

Prior to joining Pomeroy, Tom served as CEO of PlanSource, a benefits engagement software company and a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company. During his two-and-a-half-year tenure with the company, he grew bookings annually by 20% and grew EBITDA by 900%. He also held the CEO position at Arcserve, a data protection software company, where he ultimately orchestrated the 2021 merger of Arcserve with StorageCraft, a TA Associates portfolio company.

During his tenure as CEO of OnX Enterprise Solutions, Tom dramatically improved top-line revenue and EBITDA growth for the global solutions and services provider. He successfully envisioned, prepared and executed the sale of OnX to Cincinnati Bell in 2017.

Tom earlier served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director, North America at Diebold; as Global Vice President & General Manager at Unisys; and as Senior Vice President, Global Managed Services at Xerox.

Tom holds an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Finance from the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University in Boston, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Brian Knob

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Knob is the Chief Financial Officer of Pomeroy and leads the company’s finance team encompassing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing and tax.

Brian is an accomplished CFO/Financial Executive with 20+ years of experience leading financial strategy within multi-billion-dollar companies such as HP, CenturyLink, JP Morgan and Bank of America. Brian has held both domestic and global leadership roles within these organizations and helped lead them through transformations, restructuring, turnarounds, mergers & acquisitions, new business strategies and growth.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics at State University of New York at Albany and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance at Pennsylvania State University.

Bill Acheson

Chief Revenue Officer

As Pomeroy’s Chief Revenue Officer, Bill leads a best-in-class sales organization that delivers industry-leading solutions across Services, Products, and Staffing. His customer-obsessed teams endeavor to deliver value to our clients and partners every day.

Bill is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation in large technology organizations.

Prior to Pomeroy, Bill spent eight years as Vice President and General Manager at Diebold Nixdorf, where he managed a large P&L in services, products, and software while leading a sales team across the Americas and Eurasia. He also spent more than a decade as Managing Director at Unisys, where he built a successful sales team and services portfolio, exceeding growth and customer satisfaction targets. He has held leadership roles in innovation, strategy, and consulting at Microsoft and other organizations.

Bill holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a BS in Economics (with University Scholar designation) from New York University and the Advanced Certificate for Executives from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kristi Nelson

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel

Kristi Nelson is Pomeroy’s Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. She is responsible for the overall management of Pomeroy’s human capital management, legal affairs, risk management, and facilities.

She advises the Company on a wide range of matters including corporate compliance and strategic decisions, employee relations, company-sponsored group benefit plans and programs, workforce planning, training and development, compensation, employee retention, rewards and recognition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as risk management, and other legal and regulatory matters.

Kristi earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor from Salmon P Chase College of Law. She is admitted to the Kentucky and Ohio bars. She currently serves on the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Board of Trustees, the Northern Kentucky Convention Center Corporation Board of Directors, and the Health Collaborative Board of Directors. She is a member of the Cincinnati Women’s Executive Forum and an advocate for the Northern Kentucky Children’s Advocacy Center.

Gayle Pekkola

Chief Marketing Officer

Gayle Pekkola serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Pomeroy. She is responsible for the Company’s brand and messaging strategy, demand creation through traditional and digital marketing channels, sales enablement and communications.

Gayle is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build brand presence, improve client experience, create pipeline, grow programs, and expand reach.

Recently, Gayle held the role of Vice President of Marketing and Communications for OnX Enterprise Solutions (now CBTS) where she restructured the marketing organization to drive a North American services-led strategy; led digital transformation initiatives that improved client experience and significantly increased lead conversions; and collaborated with the technical team to roll out a new services portfolio.

Additional roles include CMO for venture capital start up Nirvana Healthcare Ventures; Sr. Partner Marketing and Communications for venture development organization, JumpStart, Inc., and various leadership roles at MCSi (now MCPc).

Gayle has an MBA from Cleveland State University, a BA from The College of Wooster, and holds a Certified Digital Marketing Professional certificate from the Digital Marketing Institute.

Bob Burlas

Chief Product Officer

Bob Burlas currently serves as Pomeroy’s Chief Product Officer. He manages the company’s overall Product Business and is responsible for its business partner relationships, product supply chain and procurement operations.

Bob started at Pomeroy as the Regional Vice President for the Cincinnati Region and expanded his role to include several geographic regions across the South & Central United States. Bob has over 30 years of worldwide sales, channel sales and technology industry experience. Prior to Pomeroy, he worked at Cisco Systems. He was responsible for establishing the worldwide channel strategy and partnerships for several of Cisco’s advanced technology solutions. Prior to Cisco, he held various worldwide sales and executive leadership positions at IBM and McDATA/Brocade.

Burlas received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1986 and an MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1989. He is currently President of the Purdue University, Krannert School of Management Alumni Association and serves on the local Board of Directors for the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He is an Advisory Board Member for the Boiler Business Exchange of Indianapolis and serves on the Advisory Board for the Purdue University Fraternity, Sorority and Co-op Life organization.

Holly Clark

Senior Vice President of Technology

Holly Clark is Pomeroy’s Senior Vice President of Technology and is responsible for the Company’s technology strategy and delivery. Holly and her team support Pomeroy’s corporate systems, digital transformation, cloud solutions, infrastructure operations, customer applications, data insights, cyber security and compliance, and enterprise network.

Since joining Pomeroy, Holly has demonstrated a record of success in client service delivery and navigating large complex projects while driving business transformation and propelling customer satisfaction. She is passionate about learning and representing women in technology.

Holly is a Kentucky native and graduated from the University of Louisville where she was a National Championship Spirit Group member.
