Keith R. Coogan
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Coogan joined Pomeroy in October, 2007, as Chief Executive Officer and President and also serves on the company’s board of directors. Mr. Coogan works with the leadership team to expand key strategic relationships, drive business growth and enhance the competitive position of the company. He previously spent 16 years at Software Spectrum, Inc., a $2 billion global software reseller, culminating in his four year tenure as CEO. His leadership was marked by successful efforts to maximize shareholder value through two sales of the company, consistently achieving above-industry sales and profitability growth rates, and the implementation of innovative value-add offerings to improve the competitive positioning of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Coogan held various management positions, including seven years with Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Coogan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Indiana State University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Keith M. Blachowiak
Senior Vice President - Information Technology & Chief Information Officer
As Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Chief Information Officer, Mr. Blachowiak directs the management, operation and development of all information technology (IT) systems as well as manage the procurement and logistics areas within Pomeroy. Prior to joining Pomeroy in March, 2006, Mr. Blachowiak was the Vice President of IT Shared Services for ACS, a $4 billion provider of IT and business process outsourcing services. He also served at Ingram Micro for 15 years in various positions including Corporate Vice President of IT Strategy and Operations and Corporate Vice President of Global Application Development and Technology. Mr. Blachowiak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Marist College.
Christopher C. Froman
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Froman joined Pomeroy in December, 2007, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Pomeroy, Mr. Froman served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales at OKI Printing Solutions, Inc. During his four year tenure there, he directed all U.S. sales and sales operations, achieving double-digit growth in revenue and profits and gaining market share increases in all product categories. Prior to OKI Printing Solutions, Inc., Mr. Froman was Vice President of U.S. Channel Sales, and Vice President of U.S. Commercial Sales at Lexmark International, Inc. Mr. Froman began his career at IBM Corporation where he advanced through the management ranks in the IBM PC Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Kevin Gregory
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gregory is responsible for the executive management and oversight of Pomeroy’s accounting, finance, treasury, and corporate development areas. Before joining Pomeroy in January, 2006, Mr. Gregory was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for ProQuest, a New York Stock Exchange publicly-traded company. He joined ProQuest in 1996 and has had extensive experience in finance and accounting, including SEC reporting, operational finance, tax, audit, procurement, and investor relations. Prior to this, he spent eight years in public accounting. Mr. Gregory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame and he is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he holds both a law degree and a Master of Law in taxation from the DePaul University College of Law.
Ken Kearns
Senior Vice President of Service Delivery
In March, 2008, Mr. Kearns joined Pomeroy as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery and is responsible for the executive management and oversight of Pomeroy’s service delivery and operational excellence initiatives. Prior to joining Pomeroy, Mr. Kearns served as Vice President of Customer Service and Support with Gateway Computer. Before this, he held the position of Vice President, Sales Service Delivery and the Region Vice President of Service Delivery for CompuCom Systems, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Kearns also held Vice President positions at both CSC Corporation and IBM Corporation, and has over 40 years of experience in the information technology industry.
Frank J. LaRosa
Senior Vice President – Human Resources
Mr. LaRosa joined Pomeroy in November, 2007, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Mr. LaRosa is responsible for the corporate direction and leadership of our Human Resources function, including the overall development and implementation of our human resources strategic plan. Mr. LaRosa brings to Pomeroy over 15 years of corporate human resources experience and over 24 years of information technology experience. He is the former Vice President of Human Resources and Information Services at NS Group, Inc., which was located in Newport, Kentucky. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology at Haynes International, in Kokomo, Indiana. Mr. LaRosa has his B.S. in Business Management from Indiana Institute of Technology, and his A.B. in Information Systems.
Matt McGee
Vice President – Technical Staffing Services
Mr. McGee joined Pomeroy IT Solutions with the acquisition of Alternative Resources Corporation in 2004, and in December, 2007, he was promoted to Vice President of Technical Staffing Services, responsible for all aspects of the staffing services Pomeroy provides to its customers. Mr. McGee received his BA from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale Illinois, and has been involved in the selling and delivery of professional staffing services for over a decade, bringing over 14 years of technology sales and management experience to this position.
John E. McKenzie
Senior Vice President of Sales – Central Region
Mr. McKenzie joined Pomeroy in August of 1990. In January, 2006, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and currently leads the company's sales team for the central region of the U.S. Previously, Mr. McKenzie served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Enterprise Accounts, Vice President of Sales for Lifecycle Services and Regional Vice President of Sales for the Company's Midwest Region. From 1997 to 2002, he served as General Manager for the Cincinnati, Ohio branch office. From 1990 to 1997, he served the company in several capacities, including a five year term as Senior Account Manager.
Kristi Nelson
Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Nelson re-joined Pomeroy in February, 2008, as Senior Vice President – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Nelson is responsible for management of the Company’s legal affairs and advising management on legal matters. Ms. Nelson’s previous employment with the Company spanned from 1998 to 2006, during which time she served as the Company’s Vice President and Legal Counsel. Before re-joining the Company, Ms. Nelson held the position of Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Corporex Companies, LLC, a closely-held real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Covington, Kentucky. Ms. Nelson holds an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
Craig Propst
Vice President and Treasurer
In March, 2008, Mr. Propst joined Pomeroy as Vice President and Treasurer, responsible for the financial areas of cash management, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. Mr. Propst comes to Pomeroy from Software Spectrum, where he held the position of Vice President of Finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this, he was Senior Manager of Operations for i2Technologies in Dallas, Texas. Before that, he served as a Captain in the Intelligence Career Field for the Air Force. Mr. Propst is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas and a Master of Arts in East European Studies from U.S. Naval Post Graduate School.
