A Letter from the President & CEO

Dear Fellow Employees and Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. Partners:

     Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. has a Code of Ethics to ensure that we all clearly understand our common standards of ethical business practice.  This Code applies not only to employees, but also to consultants, agents and other partners.  Our Code of Ethics can be found on our website.
     The values embedded in our Code demand that we conduct our worldwide operations in a manner consistent with the highest legal and ethical considerations.  Compliance with these principles is vital to our global reputation and to achieving our mission of being the best IT services provider in America.
     Personal responsibility is at the core of our culture.  We expect everyone associated with Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. to choose right over wrong when carrying out daily roles and functions.  It is our responsibility to report anything we observe or hear about that might be in violation of our principles.
     Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. has operated with a strong open door policy for many years.  We don't intend to change this.  In fact, we feel more strongly than ever about the value of open and honest dialogue within our company.  Yet we recognize that from time to time all of us might prefer anonymity when addressing sensitive topics.  That's why we have engaged Listen Up, an outside firm, to provide a confidential communication service.  It is highly accessible and easy to use.
     Listen Up has phone, web, fax and letter reporting capabilities, which provide you with a truly confidential way to submit sensitive information you think we should know about.  No identifying information about you will be submitted to the company.  Information about how to contact Listen Up can be accessed by clicking here.
     No code of conduct can anticipate every ethical decision we may face in business.  Whenever you are in doubt about how to handle a matter that may have ethical implications, you should seek guidance.  You may ask your supervisor, or you may contact Kristi Nelson in our Legal Department at 1-800-846-8727.
     We encourage you to continue to communicate openly.  Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc.'s culture won't tolerate reprisal for reporting code-of-conduct violations or challenging questionable behavior.  Feel free to contact Listen Up if you prefer confidentiality and anonymity for whatever reason.  Truthful feedback in any form will always make our company better.
