Christopher C. Froman President and Chief Executive OfficerChris Froman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pomeroy, and is responsible for the strategic direction and competitive positioning of the company. Since joining Pomeroy in 2007, Chris has led the efforts to significantly grow the revenue and profitability of the firm, and currently leads the senior management team. In 2009, Pomeroy became a privately held company after being acquired by Platinum Equity Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm with extensive experience in the IT services industry. Chris Froman led this public-to-private transaction, and he also led the acquisition and integration of OAO Technology Solutions, Inc., a $100 million data center services company that Pomeroy acquired in 2010. Pomeroy was the 11th largest privately held firm in the 2010 Courier 250 ranking of the Greater Cincinnati Largest Companies and Organizations. Chris is a member of the Pomeroy-Platinum Operating Committee and was a member of the Pomeroy Board of Directors when the company was publicly held and traded on the NASDAQ National Market.
Prior to Pomeroy, Chris served as Senior Vice President, OKI Printing Solutions, where he directed all sales and sales operations, achieving double-digit growth in revenue and profits, and gaining market share increases in all product categories.
A 30 year industry veteran, Chris also held executive roles at Lexmark International and IBM Corporations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a volunteer in the local Cincinnati and Northern KY communities, Chris serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Cincinnati Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, is a member of the Dean's Advisory Board at the Northern Kentucky University College of Informatics, and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on a variety of Partner Advisory Boards.

Keith M. Blachowiak Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer
As Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer, Keith oversees the management, operation and development of all information technology (IT) systems and manages the procurement and logistics areas within Pomeroy. Prior to joining Pomeroy in March, 2006, Keith was the Vice President of IT Shared Services for ACS, a $4 billion provider of IT and business process outsourcing services. He also served at Ingram Micro for 15 years in various positions, including Corporate Vice President of IT Strategy and Operations and Corporate Vice President of Global Application Development and Technology. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Marist College.

John McKenna Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Services
John joined the Pomeroy team in January, 2010 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Services. John is responsible for all managed services revenue; corporate strategy; mergers and acquisitions; and the marketing of the Pomeroy brand.
Prior to joining Pomeroy, John served as Chief Strategy and Services Officer for CompuCom, with a focus on outsourcing, sales, consulting and M & A activities. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Consulting for Oracle Corporation. As a founder of International Consulting Solutions, John created a global IT consulting organization from the ground up and subsequently sold it to Deloitte and Touche. He went on to become a partner for Deloitte Consulting, where he facilitated the growth of ERP practice. McKenna has more than twenty-five years experience in the IT Services industry. He is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland with a Bachelor of Science.

Kristi Nelson General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources
In her role as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Kristi Nelson is responsible for the overall management of Pomeroy’s legal affairs and human resources organization. She advises the company on a wide range of matters, including corporate compliance, strategic decisions, human resources and other legal and regulatory matters. Kristi re-joined Pomeroy in February, 2008 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She became Senior Vice President of Human Resources in May, 2009. Her previous employment with the company spanned from 1998 to 2006, during which time she served as the Company’s Vice President and Legal Counsel. Prior to re-joining Pomeroy in early 2008, Kristi held the position of Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Corporex Companies, LLC, a closely-held real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Covington, Kentucky. Kristi received her JD degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and her BA degree from Arizona State University. In 2009, Kristi was appointed by Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear to serve on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority and the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation. She is currently serving as the chairperson of both boards. Kristi also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky University Foundation and The Boone Conservancy, and she is a member of the Kentucky and Ohio bar associations.

Craig Propst Senior Vice President Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer
Craig joined Pomeroy in March, 2008 as Vice President and Treasurer, responsible for the financial areas of cash management, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. In November, 2008, Craig was promoted to Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, and is currently a member of the Pomeroy-Platinum Operating Committee. Craig was previously employed by Software Spectrum, a global software reseller with over two billion dollars in annual sales, where he served as Vice President of Finance for Europe, the Middle East and Africa during his three-year tenure. Before joining Software Spectrum, Craig served in multiple financial and operational roles over a period of years for i2 Technologies, a global supply chain software company in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that, he served as Treasurer for Opel Master Lease, a full-service automobile leasing subsidiary of General Motors in Ruesselsheim, Germany. Craig was an active duty Intelligence Officer in the US Air Force for nine years. A 1983 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, he obtained a Master of Arts in East European Studies from the United States Naval Postgraduate School, as well as MBA degrees in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and in International Corporate Finance from Koblenz School of Corporate Management in Koblenz, Germany.

Peter (PJ) Thelen Senior Vice President of Public Sector, Commercial, and Enterprise Markets
PJ joined Pomeroy in January, 2000. From that date until January, 2009, when he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales, PJ held various management level positions within the company, beginning as General Manager and CFO for the Cincinnati branch office from 2000-2005, RVP of Sales for the Great Lakes Region in 2006, VP of Enterprise Sales for the Great Lakes and Northeast regions in 2007 and Vice President of National and Alliance Sales in 2008. PJ has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry with significant focus on Lifecycle Services Outsourcing. Before joining the Company, PJ, a C.P.A, was a consultant with Arthur Anderson for seven years. PJ earned his bachelor’s degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.

Matt McGee Vice President of Alliances and Technical Staffing Services
Matt joined Pomeroy with the acquisition of Alternative Resources Corporation in 2004, and in December, 2007, was promoted to Vice President of Technical Staffing Services, responsible for all aspects of the staffing services Pomeroy provides to its customers. From 2000-2007 Matt has held mutiple sales and delivery leadership positions for ARC and Pomeroy, most notably Vice President of Sales, Alliances from 2005-2007. Matt received his BA from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois, and brings over 18 years of technology sales, management, and leadership experience to Pomeroy. Matt has brought his leadership, passion, and dedication to the position and we have experienced rapid growth, significant new customer acquistion, and a greater diversity of skilled resources that we deploy to our customers.

Marcia Pfiester Vice President and Controller
In May, 2008, Marcia returned to Pomeroy as Vice President and Controller, responsible for the preparation of all financial statements, reconciliations, planning, reporting and analysis, as well as the external reporting to the SEC for all public disclosures. From 1997 until 2007, Marcia held various accounting management and operational positions within Pomeroy, including Accounting Manager, and later, Controller. Before her return to Pomeroy, Marcia was the Controller for AtriCure, Inc., a publicly traded Company located in West Chester, Ohio, a leader in developing, manufacturing and selling innovative cardiac ablation products. Prior to 1997 she was the Accounting Manager for her family owned business, a privately held local food distributor. Marcia obtained a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Devry University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
